My letter was ordered on 11/26/23 and as of today 12/12/23 the letter has not been received.

Hi Carol. I am sorry to hear your letter has not been received. I put several disclaimers on my website during the ordering process that when ordering a letter with the Authentic postmark that delivery may be up to 45 days. Your letter was mailed within 3 days of your order, but unfortunately once mailed to Alaska for the postmark I have no way to track the letters. I am truly sorry that it has not yet been received. USPS assures me all letters will be delivered before Christmas.
