Letters will begin shipping on November 15, 2024 to the Alaska Post Office. The Post Office will not begin providing postmarks on Letters from Santa until November 23, 2024. Letters receiving the Authentic postmark my take several weeks for delivery due to USPS processing, but are guaranteed by USPS to arrive by Christmas.

Letters are mailed via USPS 1st class, non-tracked mail.

The Authentic postmark is only available for letters and certificates.

I acknowledge that there is a 2-5 day processing time for all orders before shipping, and that shipping times may take up to 14 days with USPS 1st class, non-tracked mail.

Excellent letter. We had been talking about the Elf on the Shelf with our grand sons and had placed one in our home, then look what Santa sent…well done as always. When the letter was read, and the eyes widened….they knew Santa was real.
