Thanks for shopping at North Pole Santa Letters. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our returns and refunds policy.
Order Cancellations:
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders will not be able to be cancelled once the order has been completed.
If your your order has not yet been processed, I am happy to work with you on a cancellation and refund.
Returns:
If there is a problem with your child’s letter, please contact North Pole Santa Letters by Clicking Here or emailing northpolesantaletters@msn.com.
- Returns are only accepted if the item was damaged during transit or an error on our part in creating the letter.
- Please provide details as to what was unsatisfactory and then send the letter back to us to receive a full refund or new letter within 3 days of receipt of letter.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be returned in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase, unless otherwise approved.
Refunds:
- Once your return has been received, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment through PayPal.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Money Back Guarantee:
- In the unlikely event that a letter is lost during shipping, please contact me for a replacement letter.
- If your letter is not received by Christmas, I will offer a full refund.
