Letters will begin shipping on November 15, 2024 to the Alaska Post Office. The Post Office will not begin providing postmarks on Letters from Santa until November 23, 2024. Letters receiving the Authentic postmark my take several weeks for delivery due to USPS processing, but are guaranteed by USPS to arrive by Christmas.

Letters are mailed via USPS 1st class, non-tracked mail.

The Authentic postmark is only available for letters and certificates.

Custom Postmarks:
I acknowledge that there is a 2-5 day processing time for all orders before shipping, and that shipping times may take up to 14 days with USPS 1st class, non-tracked mail.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I messed up something in the letter, they caught it, got ahold of me and fixed it. They double checked everything, which I truly appreciate!! I would definitely recommend them!!!
